A SOCIAL CLUB FOR WOMEN who RUN

GET OUTSIDE
Run Bunnies is for all women who run. New runners, old runners, fast runners, slow runners — all are welcome. Run at your own pace for 3 to 6 miles in a safe, supportive group.
Make new friends
Let running be a social sport! Meet like-minded, running enthusiasts that will motivate, encourage, and inspire you. Make your fitness fun and start your week off energized!

Running can be physically meditative and mentally transformative — this is what is known as a “runner’s high.” But achieving this transcendental state while you’re doing something physically uncomfortable starts with the right frame of mind. Running with others helps shift your perspective from “something you have to do” to “something you get to do.”
why run with other bunnies?
Well, it’s super fun. And it’s really good for you. Spending time outside and with others is one of the best ways to improve your health and increase your happiness.
Runners are also naturally programmed to motivate and encourage one another. Joining a run club is a great way to create consistency and achieve your goals in a safe, supportive social setting.
And it’s a well-known fact that runners love to talk about running while running. If you’re new to running, a run group is a great place to get honest, authentic product reviews, training recommendations, and good ole fashioned life advice.

ABOUT ME
Hello! I’m Julia. An elder millennial, I’ve been running to manage my existential dread and process my snowflake feelings since a teenager.
After experiencing a global pandemic and unprecedented loneliness thanks to prolonged isolation, I’m ready to reemerge and reinvest in socialization.
So I started Run Bunnies to meet up on Sunday mornings with other sporty gals, go for a run, and chit-chat over coffee.
